Subject: Major Subdivision Site Plan TRC Approval – Murray Woods – Performance Residential
The commercial site plan for Murray Woods has been approved by the Technical Review Committee
(TRC). The approved preliminary plan consists of 170 lots on 68.06 acres of land, for a density of
2.5 units per acre, located on Murray Farm Road (PIN: R03500-002-004-001 & R03500-002-004-
000).
This approval is valid for two (2) years unless a final plat application for all or a portion of the
project is submitted to the County. Enclosed is the approved preliminary plan.
Please note the project may be subject to additional regulations of the County’s development
ordinances, including but not limited to, those referenced in the initial review and/or subsequent
revised comments. In addition, this approval does not relieve the applicant from any law, regulation,
or requirement of any other government or regulatory agency.
