The project savings for projects funded with debt will reduce the appropriated fund balance of the Debt Service Fund by $229,605 and the Fire Services Special Revenue Fund by $30,137. The projects funded with general fund dollars will be transferred to the General Fund and reduce appropriated fund balance by $28,895. The Hwy 421 Water & Sewer Capital Project is also being closed, however there is no budget amendment necessary because there were no revenues or expenditures.
