Facilities Report: Jack Mills On September 30, 2007 at 3:00 PM an executive tour of the Museum was hosted for the owners of the property adjacent to the Museum. The tour was a success and established a good working relationship between the homeowners and the Museum. A return visit is anticipated. Presentation of Revised Museum Master Plan: Bruce Bowman Bruce Bowman delivered a comprehensive and detailed presentation of the Revised Museum Master Plan. A story board of the revised museum master plan will be on display for the joint board meeting. 3 Associates Report: Janine Powell Winter Jazz Series begins November 2, 2007 􀂱 Harry and Gayle Van Velsor have sponsored the series again this year. We are working on an End of year Appeal letter. A field trip has been arranged for staff, volunteers and members to the North Carolina Museum of Natural History on December 3, 2007.
