Such of property for assessment ratio rate of 97.0% is rate is based on an estimated total appraised value the purpose of taxation of $5,000,000,000 with an of 100% of appraised value. Estimated collection based on fiscal year 1989-90 collection rate of 97.0%. Section 13: Copies of this Budget Ordinance shall be fur- nished to the County Manager and the County Finance Director of New Hanover County, North Carolina, to be kept on file by them for their direction in the collection of revenues and the expenditures of amounts appropriated.
