Said area is located in Cape 'Fear Township (See attached map). A field and research examination reveals that the above-referenced areas have been assigned house and business property numbering that is inconsistent with the County's Comprehensive and systematic Numbering System. The County's numbering system is a ready and accurate identification for developed property. Delivery of general County services, response of emergency and safety vehicles and the convenience of the general public depends on an accurate system of identification. Approximately 183 property owners will be affected. This change will take place on July 25, 1988.
