sent to CFM Advisory Board Members prior to the scheduled meeting, we did not have a quorum for the December 15, 2004 meeting. Those members present were Don Fishero, Bill Terrell, as
well as Ruth Haas, Museum I have recapped below the few items
that Bill, Ruth and I discussed. Staff budget requests identify a need for an Education Coordinator. This needed position, if funded, will release grant money to apply toward a part-time
(30hour/week) position. Together, these positions will support existing demands and support growth. An Exhibit Fabricator is also requested. Sorely needed to meet existing demands, it
becomes more critical in view of our expanding operations. Relocation of the Convention Visitors Visitors Bureau to the Museum property is a work in progress. We will be briefed on its
status. These items require our patronage if they are to be approved. Please plan to be at the January 19 meeting, 4:00pm, at the Museum. Your involvement is critical. MEMORANDUM
