Ruth Haas, Museum Director The Cape Fear Museum Advisory Board did n
monthly meeting on May 20, 2004. Unofficially Ruth updated those present about the outside wall and landscaping. She also mentioned the
river wood donation for the East Galley. Denise updated those present regarding the $5,000 donation from Progress Energy. Jerry Mannen gave the collections report regarding deaccessions.
Those present agreed that Ruth should seek telephone approval for the deaccessions and for the loan to Quilters By The Sea Guild. All present were in favor of approval for both items.
The board members advised Ruth to move forward with contacting the President of the National Institute of American Doll Artists. No action would be required until further inquiries were
