NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of the County of New Hanover that the D'ivision of Highways is hereby requested to review the above described road, and to take over the road for maintenance if it meets established standards and criteria. Recommend denial of exemption on 300 foot unit, and approval of 600 foot unit. . , CONSENT TO ASSIGNMENT OF LEASES 1; New Hanover County, a political subdivision of the State of North Carolina, as LESSOR in those certain two (2) Lease Agreements, dated December 1, 1985, between New Hanover County, and Eastern Carolina Leasing, Inc., d/b/a Budget Rent-A-Car, as LESSEE, wherein the property leased, located at New Hanover County Airport, consists of: (1) 58,150 square feet on Trask Drive and, (2) a rental counter of 73.3 square feet in the existing terminal building, does hereby consent to the assignment of said leases to Teams Rentals, Inc., a foreign corporation authorized to conduct business in North Carolina, and also consents to the assignment of lease to Wachovia Bank and Trust Company, N.A., by Teams Rentals, Inc., assignee, as security for a loan to finance the purchase of the leasehold interests described in said leases.
