WHEREAS, the attached petition has been filed with the Board of County
Commissioners of the County of New Hanover requestina that the above de-
scribed road, the location of which has-tJeen lndicated in red on the attached
map, be added to the Secondary Road System; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners is of the opinion that the
above described road should be added to the Secondary Road System, if the
road meets minimum standards and criteria established by the Division of
Highways of the Department of Transportation for the addition of roads to
the System.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of
the County of New Hanover that the D'ivision of Highways is hereby requested
to review the above described road, and to take over the road for maintenance
if it meets established standards and criteria.

The foregoing resolution was duly adopted by the Board of Commissioners of

Section 9 - The president of the institution is hereby authorized to
transfer amounts from one function to another in the same fund within the
limitations set forth for the State fund and Plant Fund hy the State Board of
Community Colleges. Any such transfer shall be reported to the boarrl of >'

CONSENT TO ASSIGNMENT OF LEASES
1;
New Hanover County, a political subdivision of the
State of North Carolina, as LESSOR in those certain two (2) Lease
Agreements, dated December 1, 1985, between New Hanover County,
and Eastern Carolina Leasing, Inc., d/b/a Budget Rent-A-Car, as
LESSEE, wherein the property leased, located at New Hanover
County Airport, consists of: (1) 58,150 square feet on Trask
Drive and, (2) a rental counter of 73.3 square feet in the
existing terminal building, does hereby consent to the assignment
of said leases to Teams Rentals, Inc., a foreign corporation
authorized to conduct business in North Carolina, and also
consents to the assignment of lease to Wachovia Bank and Trust
Company, N.A., by Teams Rentals, Inc., assignee, as security for
a loan to finance the purchase of the leasehold interests
described in said leases.
This Consent to Assignment shall not and does not in
any way alter, amend, modify or subordinate any of the terms and
condi tions of said leases dated December 1, 1985 between New
Hanover County as LESSOR and Eastern Carolina Leasing, Inc.,
d/b/a Budget Rent-A-Car as LESSEE.
