RESOLU'l'ION
OF THE
NEW HANOVER COUNTY
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
WHEREAS the New Hanover County Museum owns an exhibit
entitled "The Incredible You", subject to the terms of the
attached agreement between New Hanover County and the Nedical
Auxiliary of New Hanover and Pender Counties, an unincorporated
association, hereinaft~r referred to as "Auxiliary"; and
WHEREAS 'New Hanover County desires to dispose of said
exhibit in accordance with the requirements of G.S. ~160A-267;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I'l' RESOLVED by the New Hanover
County Board of County Commissioners that:
1. The New Hanover County Museum Director is
author ized to convey the museum exhibi t "The Incredible You" to
the Auxiliary for a price of $1.00.
2. The New Hanover County Museum Director is directed
to publish this resolution once after its adoption, and shall not
consumma~~~WY~~le to Auxiliary until 10 days after
