The Zoning Map of the Airport Zoning Area is hereby amended by removing the hereinafter described tract of land from the present A-R Airport Residential District Classification and putting it in the B-1 Business District Classification, said land being described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pipe in the southern right-of-way line of North Kerr Avenue (S.R. 1322, 50 feet from the centerline thereof), said iron pipe being located north 88 degrees 07 minutes east 345.65 feet from the northeast corner of the Wrightsboro Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. tract as shown on a map recorded in Book 753 at Page 506 of the New Hanover County Registry; running thence from said Beginning point with the southern right-of-way line of North Kerr Avenue, north 88 degrees 07 minutes west 575.15 feet to an old pipe located at the northwest corner of the Wrightsboro Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. tract; running thence south 05 degrees 32 minutes east 181.74 feet to an old pipe; running thence south 88 degrees 26 minutes east 556.08 feet to a point; running thence north 00 degrees 23 minutes east 215.12 feet to the point of BEGINNING. Section 2. The County Clerk is hereby authorized and directed under the supervision of the County Commissioners to change the Zoning Map of the Airport Zoning Area on file in the office of the County Commissioners, so as to make it comply with this ordinance. Section 3. Any ordinance or any part of any ordinance in conflict with this ordi- nance, to the extent of such conflict, is hereby repealed. Section 4. This ordinance is adopted in the interest of public health, safety, morals and general welfare of the inhabitants of the County of New Hanover, North Carolina, and shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
