AN ORDINANCE
OF THE
NEW HANOVER COUNTY
BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
The Board of Commissioners of New Hanover County, North Carolina, does hereby
ordain that Chapter 15, Article II, Section 15-102(a) is hereby amended as follows:
(a) Violation of this article subjects the offender to a civil penalty of five hundred dollars
($500.00) to be recovered by the County in a civil action in the nature of a debt, ifthe
offender does not pay the penalty within ten (10) days after he or she has been cited
for violation of this article.
Except as above specifically amended, the balance of said section shall remain as
previously enacted, in full force and effect.
