In the bids for the Judicial Building. Shown below are the reductions agreed
to by the various low bidders.
You will note that we presently have or are guaranteed to have all but
$1,043,965 required for the project. This is a reduction of $248,928 over
previous estimates given to you. This figure actually represents the net
project reduction over previous estimates of both expenditur~s and receipts.
It is highly likely and expected that some form of unrestricted block grant
will be available to complewthe project. In absence of such a grant the
$1,043,965 would have to be funded from other sources.
