Mr. James Moses certifies he placed his 1980 tax listing in
the mail during the month of January, 1980, and therefore, requests
the listing penalty in the amount of $48.32 be released.
Request the taxes incorrectly assessed to New Hanover County
in the amount of $517.21 be released as this should be exempt property.
Request these items be placed on the consent agenda for the
County Commissioners' meeting on April 21, 1981. I recommend approval
of these abatements as the Commissioners have approved these types of
releases in the past.
