BOARD OF EQUALIZATION AND REVIEW
ORDER
The New Hanover County Board of Equalization and Review hereby orders and directs the Tax
Collector not to charge and not to collect interest for increases in tax year 2007 valuation
determined during the current session of the Board, in those situations where the taxpayer has
fully and timely paid the original billing and no modified billing was mailed on or before
January 8, 2008.
