ASSEMBLY
The New Hanover County Board of Equalization and Review held a meeting on Monday,
August 21, 2000 at 12.24 p.m. in the Assembly Room of the New Hanover County Courthouse, 24
North Third Street, Wilmington, North Carolina.
Members present were Chairman William A. Caster; Vice-Chairman Robert G Greer;
Commissioner Buzz Birzemeks, Commissioner Ted Davis, Jr; Commissioner Charles R. Howell,
and County Manager, Allen O'Neal, County Attorney, Wanda M. Copley; and Clerk to the Board,
Lucie F Harrell.
Chairman Caster called the Board of Equalization and Review to order

REQUEST FOR WITHDRAWAL OF TAX APPEALS
Deputy County Manager Andrew J Atkinson requested the Board to approve the withdrawal
of appeals for the following taxpayers who were originally on the list to appear before the Board of
Equalization and Review but withdrew their appeals after the list was prepared.

Upon vote, the MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY
Chairman Caster adjourned the meeting at 12 30 p.m.
