Notice of Intention of the Board of Commissioners of the County
of New Hanover to create an Industrial Facilities and Pollution
Control Financing Authority.
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 159C of
the General Statutes of North Carolina (the "Act"), and par-
ticularly Section 159C-4(a) thereof, the Board of Commissioners
of the County of New Hanover, North Carolina hereby gives notice
to the Department of Natural and Economic Resources of North
Carolina and the Local Government Commission of North Carolina
of its intention to adopt a resolution creating "The New Hanover
County Industrial Facilities and Pollution Control Financing
Authority" pursuant to the provisions of the Act
