RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF
SURPLUS COUNTY PROPERTY
BE IT RESOLVED that the New Hanover County Board of Commissioners, pursuant
to North Carolina General Statute 153A-176, do hereby order the following
1 That the County Finance Officer, George F Cooper, is hereby
designated the official to dispose of the following personal
property at public auction

Surplus County Property
1 "New South Corn Mill", belt drive, approximately
2' 10" x 4' 6" x 4' 8" high
2 Rota Hoe, towed type
3 Farm Wagon, 4 wheel
4 Chain saw, two man type
5 Electric motor 10 H P 3 phase, 220 volts
6 Lot of miscellaneous items consisting of portions
of farm machinery, light fixtures, metal ladders,
canvas covers
7 12 Hazel chain link map binders with plastic envelopes
to accommodate 50 size 18 x 24 maps (from Register of
Deeds Office)
2 Said public auction shall be held on Saturday, December 4, 1976, at
11 00 a m at the New Hanover County Garage, 220 Division Drive,
Wilmington, North Carolina Items will be available for examination
from 8 00 a m to 11 00 a m. on the day of the auction
3 All items will be sold as is for cash (no checks) to the highest
bidder and the purchaser will be required to remove the purchase
from the premise with his own transportation
4 The County Finance Officer has been authorized by the Commissioners
to accept or reject any bid
