Chairman Carl Marshburn called the Public Hearing and Formal Budget Adoption
to order at 5:30 p.m. in the offices of the Wilmington and Beaches CVB.
ITEM #1 —EXCUSED ABSENCES

ITEM #2—PUBLIC HEARING
Chairman Carl Marshburn opened the public hearing on the formal budget
ordinance. As no one had signed up to speak, the Chairman made a motion to close
the public hearing.

ITEM #3 -ADOPTION OF FY 2013-2014 BUDGET ORDINANCE
Chairman Carl Marshburn called for the Board's adoption of the formal budget
ordinance for FY 2013-2014.
[Motion made by Frank Jones, seconded by Chuck Pennington and
unanimously carried to adopt the formal budget ordinance for FY 2013-2014
in the amount of$3,931,394. A copy of the ordinance is located in the
Resolution/Ordinance book dated as of March, 2011.]
There being no further business to come before the Board, motion made by Mayor
David Cignotti, seconded by Chuck Pennington and unanimously moved to adjourn
the meeting at 5:35 p.m.
