NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Commissioners of New Hanover County approves the purchase of dispatch consoles from Motorola as a sole source provider in accordance with the sole source provisions outlined in GS 143-129(e)(6) in amount of $945,801.
