These funds will be used for 5 reading,viewing and discussion programs focused on Louisa May Alcott.Expenses that will be incurred are purchasing books, printing for advertisement, speaker/performer fees, food and other items relating to the program.No County matching funds are required. NOW, TITEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the New Hanover County Board of Commissioners does herebv declare their united support for the continued funding of Drug Treatment Courts by the State of North Carolina and urges the North Carolina General Assembly to continue to provide state financing for drug treatment courts so that the significant contributions these programs made toward reducing drug usage and associated crime and family devastation remain intact.
