March 10, 1964 IN THE SUPERIOR COURT , MARCH 1964 CIVIL TERM It appearing to the undersigned Judge Presiding at q March, 1964 Civil Term of New Hanover County, that only twenty-two Jurors are available for the trial of civil cases at this Term; and It further appearing to the Court that this number is not sufficient to conduct the, scheduled business for said civil term, and that there is a need for an additional.number of Jurors to be drawn on this date to supplement the number of Jurors above referred to in order to adequately conduct the business of,the Court. II It is therefore Ordered that the,Clerk of the Board of Commissioners for the. County shaii forthwith bring into open Court the .lury Boxes of the County, and shall cause six- teen (16) scrolls to be drawn from the box by a child under the age of ten years, and said persons whose names are so drawn shall be summondd by the Sheriff to appear in Super- ior Court of New Hanover County Courthouse at 9:30 A.
