"His Honor, Rudolph I. Mintz, sent f.of Mr. Houck wi.th the box. The child
is waived in favor of Mr. Adams. Also waived is a written Order that the pick-
ing of more jurors has become necessary. Deputy Sheriff Patten reported that
Mr. Houck is on vacation and Mrs. Foster is at lunch. It was aoreed by ail counsel
that Mr. Adams and Sheriff Patten may draw the jurors from the box, and that they
may be taken up as they come in, rather than standing oz the order of their drawing
from the box."
