Engineering Comments:
Field inspections have been completed.
Minor changes to the stormwater plans to reflect actual field installation will be required prior to recording the final plat
for the subdivision. Controls appear to be sufficient for this phase.
Engineering is prepared to sign the plat for Phase 1 upon agreement of a bond amount of $10,000 to cover water and
sewer as-builts or the upon the actual final submittal and acceptance of as-builts to the Authority.
