Item #2 in your comments states that you need to see in the Covenants and Restrictions that the Association has
authorization to rebuild damaged units if the owner does not repair or rebuild. This is in the Covenants and Restrictions in
Article VII,"Easements" under Section 6, "Association Easement for Repair or Replacement". Please let me know if there
is a problem with the wording. It is the same wording that was included in the Carrington Woods documents that the
County approved.
