Outstanding Safety Issues ,f
All persons entering the job site are to wear proper attire including long pants, boots, and
Hard hats. Proper safety attire is required when necessary (gloves, goggles, ear plugs,
dust masks, respirators, etc...). Personnel observed in non-compliance with this policy
will be issued a verbal warning for the first occurrence, a written warning for the second
occurrence, and will be asked to leave the job site for the third occurrence. We reserve
the right to remove anyone from the jobsite without prior warning for egregious safety
violations (drugs, alcohol, fighting, blatant OSHA violations, etc...). We take safety
seriously and appreciate everyone's help in maintaining a safe jobsite.
