Services Cost Per Meal (includin: sales tax _ $3.55 _ $3.25 Shelf Stable Meals (sales tax and .acka.in• $3.55 $3.25 Option 1-Profit Sharing 5% 10% WHEREAS, an evaluation committee consisting of NHC Senior Resource Center Home and Community Care Block Grant (HCCBG) Advisory Committee, NHC staff, and Area Agency on Aging representatives met and evaluated the proposals; and WHEREAS, the committee unanimously selected Gibbs Efting Management Services as the company to recommend to the Board of Commissioners to award the contract to provide nutritious meals to the well and moderately impaired and frail elderly in their homes within the 1 County; and 1 WHEREAS, the County chose not to award the optional profit sharing as part of the contract. Other funds for the project are coming from the Friends 1 of the Library and grants from the Health and Parks and Gardens Department.
