Hey Bobby, I will bring a copy of the Final Plat Application for Phase 3 to your office this afternoon. Also, as we
discussed, the Master Declaration of Protective Covenants for Anchors Bend that was recorded applies for all 41 lots
subject to the Final Plat submission for Phase 3. Please let me know once you have reviewed the plat and I will take
Mylars to NCDOT for their signature and then bring it to Engineering for their signature. Pleas let me know if you need
