Gentlemen,
Attached please find the revised bond estimate for Anchors Bend Phase 1. Changes include revising the $295 fee to
apply to a 3-inch tree, which reduces the number of trees and the tree mitigation bond, reducing the lots to 14, adding a
bond for 2 fire hydrants, and adding a bond for the NCDOT basic letter. The net result is to reduce the bond from
$40,514.88 to $33,562.72. Since the original amount is already bonded, we will not change the amount actually bonded to
the lower estimate.
The plats are being circulated for signature. Jim lannucci has signed. I expect to have the NCDOT signature tomorrow AM
and will bring by the county offices for Chris's signature. We will then record. Thanks for everyone for their hard work and
cooperation in getting this approved.
