NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held by the New Hanover County Zoning Board of
Adjustment on Tuesday, August 26 at 5:30 p.m., at the New Hanover County Government Center,
230 Government Center Drive, Lucie Harrell Meeting Room, Wilmington, North Carolina, to
consider the following:
Wilmington Development Partners, LLC, 108 Hays Lane,
is requesting a variance from New Hanover
County Zoning Ordinance Section 55.4-3(6), Signs, to exceed the height and area of a monument sign in
the Special Highway Overlay District. Property is zoned CD B-2, Conditional Highway Business District
and SHOD, Special Highway Overlay District. Case No. ZBA-885

is requesting a variance from New
Hanover County Zoning Ordinance Section 55.1-5, Additional Performance Controls, for a structure that

County Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance Article 5, Section A (4), to allow placement of bath/kitchen
fixtures below the regulatory flood protection elevation. Property is zoned R-20-S, Residential District.
