Property is zoned CD B-2, Conditional Highway Business District and SHOD, Special Highway Overlay District. Case No. ZBA-885 Southern Bank & Trust Company, 1632 Sound Watch Drive, is requesting a variance from New Hanover County Zoning Ordinance Section 55.1-5, Additional Performance Controls, for a structure that -15, Residential District. Case No. ZBA-886 Figure Eight Island Yacht Club, Inc., 15 Bridge Road, is requesting a variance from New Hanover County Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance Article 5, Section A (4), to allow placement of bath/kitchen fixtures below the regulatory flood protection elevation. Property is zoned R-20-S, Residential District.
