Dear NIr. Bailey,
In regular session on May 21, 2008, the Count~T's Technical Review Committee (TRC) voted 4-0 to deny
Jeremy Bailey Tract. This proposed plan consisted of 23 townhomes located off the west side Myrtle Grove Road
as displayed on the preliminai-~ site plan submitted on May 14, 2008. This project was denied based on the
folio«ing comments:
1. Section 41 (6) (d) of the County's Subdivision Regulation refrain from double frontage or reverse frontage
lots. TRC recommends the proposed road 45' private right-of--way be flipped and located «-here the existing
20' private access easement is to the south.
2. There were 26 significant trees located on the entire site and mitigating all significant trees is required.
3. Street name is required on the plan.
4. Water and sewer letters are required.
~. A road stub will be recommended to the south in order to facilitate alternative access and reduce the length
of the cul-de-sac.
Attending the TRC meeting were TRC Chairman, David Adams (Planning Board), San Burgess
(Planning Staff), Jim Iaimucci (County Engineering), Anthony Printz (WMPO) and Matt Davis (Fire Services).
Also- attending the meeting were Bobby Haiz-is, Jane Daughtridge, Chris O'Keefe, and Shawn Ralston (Plaiming
Staff), J Jernigan and you.
