Attached are planning comments for Anchors Bend Phase 1B (Final Plan).

2. The titlebox on the map should read "Conventional Residential Development".
3. Basic Letters?
4. 39 lots at $20 a lot = $580.
5. To prevent confusion refer to this phase as Phase 2.
6. Show improvement permits for each lot with a septic system. Plamling will hold the map until this
information has been provided.
7. NCDOT will need to sign mylar.
8. Surveyor needs to sign and seal plat.
9. Engineering and Owner need s to sign plat.
10. Check the Mylar Plat size, must have min. border 1.5" on left side & min. '/~ border on other sides.
11. Street Signs waiting for confirmation from Engineering or Fire Services.
12. Water and sewer capacity letter confirmation from County Engineering.
13. Have not received any comments from Engineering and Fire Services.
