Waiting for county legal to review HOA Covenants. 2. Staff reviewed the HOA covenants and found the following need to addressed before final plat approval • Association authorized to rebuild damaged uiuts if owner does not. • Change open space to common area as stated in homeowner covenants. 3. Copy of basic NCDOT letter is required or the applicant can bond the basic letter at $500. 4. Label active and passive recreation space on the map. Clarify acreage here. 5. Surveyor needs to sign and seal plat. 6. Engineering and Owner needs to sign plat. 7. Check the Mylar Plat size, must have min. border 1.5" on left side & min. '/z borders on other sides. 8. Water and sewer capacity letter confirmation from County Engineering/CFPUA. 9. Have not received any comments from Engineering Services. 10. Address all comments from Fire Services. 11.
