Dear Mr. Ballard,
hi regular session on August 13, 2008, the County's Technical Review Committee (TRC)
approved your request for changing the road designation from public to private for public use. All terms
and conditions of the original preliminary plan will remain in effect. Also, a disclaimer statement will be
noted on all plats and the HOA covenants telling Homeowners that they will be responsible to maintain
the roads within the subdivision.
Attending the TRC meeting were TRC Chairman Richard Collier (Plamung Board), Sam
Burgess (Plaiuung Staff), Jim Iaiulucci (County Engineering), Anthony Printz (WMPO) and Tom
Sosobee (Fire Services). Also, attending the meeting were Bobby Harris (Plamung), Jemufer Braswell
(SCS), and you.
