WRFC Minutes 2014-08-12 MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE WILMINGTON REGIONAL FILM COMMISSION, INC.
A North Carolina Non-Profit Corporation
Board of Directors of the Wilmington Regional Film Commission, Inc. (WRFC)
held a special meeting via conference call on August 12th,at 3:00 p.m. Chairman
William Vassar,Ms. Carey Jones, Hon. Beth Dawson,and Mr.Jimmy Smith were
present via phone. In addition Johnny Griffin and Karin LeMaire were also present
via phone.
1.APPROVAL OF BUDGET FOR FY 2014-2015.Johnny Griffin made
revisions to a previously considered 2014-2015 budget per the instructions of the
Board,a copy of which is attached as EXHIBIT "A".After discussion and review,the
2014-2015 WRFC budget was unanimously approved.
There being no further business,the meeting was adjourned at 3:15 p.m.
