/2. We need 5 copies of the preliminary plan for TRC Chairman Signature prior to final plan approval.
~Cir; ~3. Water and sewer capacity letter confirinatian are needed from County Engineering unless wells

Provide improvement permits for each lot with a septic system. Planning will hold the map until
this information has been. provided.

No improvements are in place. Some sewer is installed, no water.
