RE: Request far ATC Exemption
2233 Edgewater Club Road
Dear Mr, Hollis:
I request an exemption from. the New Hanover County Stormwater Ordinance. I wish to
subdivide the referenced property into two parcels. Lot A has an existing home. Lot B will
not be developed at this time. At such tixne as any additional impervious surface is placed on
the property, I am aware that I will have to modify the "Authorization to Construct" {ATC}
to allow for any building. Therefore, zero {0} additional impervious surface is allowed on Lot
B and a restriction will be placed on the property until the ATC is modified.
