NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the New Hanover County Board of Commissioners approves the purchase price for the property located at 202 Edgewater Club Road in the amount of One Million Six Hundred Seventeen Thousand Three Hundred ($1,617,300) Dollars as required by North Carolina General Statute 115C-426(f).
