Attached are planning comments for Exton Parlc Towi~llomes Phase 3. (Final Plan Lots 71-82).
1. Water and sewer capacity letter confirmation from County Engineering.
2. Surveyor needs to sign and seal plat.
3 . Engineering and Owner need s to sign plat.
4. Check the Mylar Plat size, must have nun. border 1.5" on left side & min. '/2 border on other sides.
5. Clarify where the access is to the recreation area?
