LID techniques could include: a constricted wetland, bioretention areas (rain gardens), pervious pavement, vegetative buffer strips, and a green roof. • Recommend minimizing the amount of impervious surfaces for roadways and parking. • Recommend incorporating the wetland area as a passive recreation and environmental educational location. Due to the unique area in which this development is being proposed, the developer can incorporate educational signage in the wetland area for future residents. • Recommend placing the wetland area into a conservation easement.
