This parcel has an approved, signed jurisdictional determination from this office. It does not appear that a permit will be
required from this office to construct this portion of the development. The two wetlands adjacent to this multi-family area
were determined to be isolated and therefore not regulated by this office, but may be regulated by NC DWQ.
