Comments on River Pointe, Phase II:
A TIA has been approved for this project. The required improvements should be completed by the developer prior
to COs being issued for this phase.
2. Given the number of proposed units for this development, a secondary point of ingress/egress should be
provided. As stated with Phase I, street connections to Horne Place Drive and Chadwick Place are highly
desired.
3. Sidewalk connections between the buildings should be provided.
