Engineering Comments:
All comments made for Phase 1 in an email dated 03/29/2007 to Sam Burgess are valid for Phase 2.
Clarify owner of the project, Phase 1 and 2 list different owners on the maps.
Verify proper setbacks to the adjacent subdivision Home Place.
Verify buffers to wetlands and COD.
Water and sewer plans will need to be updated. No guarantee of capacity from the County and/or the Authority.
Stormwater plans must be updated for additional impervious coverage. (Plans have not been submitted to date for Phase
1)
Sediment and Erosion Control plans must be updated. (Plans have not been submitted to date for Phase 1).
