Pump station location must be changed to accommodate sewer in the area per previous discussions with Engineering staff. Coordinate with Engineering to place lift station. Capacity for this project cannot be guaranteed and may only be available in increments. Water design must meet NHC specifications and must be approved by separate future submittal to NHC. Must extend water lines and provide capacity to off-set increased demand. Wetland / Recreation/ Common / Conservation / Open Space areas are subject to Drainage/Utility Easements. Sedimentation and Erosion Control permit potentially required prior to any land disturbance. Must comply with NHC Stormwater Ordinance. Authorization-to-Construct permit required prior to development and/or land disturbance and/or recording. Pond lot under drainage easement. 1 Drainage easements widths must meet requirements of Section 50.2.8, 60.1.3, & 70.5.7 of NHC Stormwater Design Manual. Note required stating that "No vertical obstructions, fences, walls, etc. are allowed in utility or drainage easements." Require road stubs to be paved to the property lines.
