NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
Notice is hereby given that hearings will be held by the New Hanover County Zoning Board of
Adjustment on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at 5:30 p.m., at the New Hanover County
Government Center, 230 Government Center Drive, Lucie Harrell Meeting Room, Wilmington,
North Carolina, to consider the following:
Case ZBA-890 – Thomas Jordan Rawl, 2115 Middle Sound Loop Road, is requesting a 25’ variance
from the 75’ setback required from a conservation resource per New Hanover County Zoning
Ordinance Section 55.1-5: Additional Performance Controls. The property is zoned R-20S,
Residential District.
Case ZBA-891 – Thomas Jordan Rawl, 2111 Middle Sound Loop Road, is requesting a 25’ variance
from the 75’ setback required from a conservation resource per New Hanover County Zoning
Ordinance Section 55.1-5: Additional Performance Controls. The property is zoned R-20S,
Residential District.
Case ZBA-892 – Thomas Johnson, on behalf of Cecil T. Covil et al, 7158 Market Street, is
requesting a 15’ setback from the 35’ building setback required per New Hanover County Zoning
Ordinance Section 52.2-4(2). The property is zoned B-2, Highway Business District.
