Risk Manager will be reviewing these policies to determine if the Data Compromise policy should be cancelled. E. The renovation of the 17th Street former Administration building is ongoing and is expected to be completed at the first of 2016. The renovations will enlarge the building’s retail space, renovate the liquor-by-the-drink area and turn the old office area into warehouse space. Property and General Liability premiums are showing an increase due to the additional of the Fine Arts Building. D. Ocean Marine excess premium has increased due to the addition of pollution to the policy. E. Workers Compensation has decreased due to the Experience mod factor.
