This is a notice for a community information meeting for an upcoming
request by Brock Ventures, Inc. (Stephen Brock) on behalf of Lawson Heirs,
property owner, for a Conditional Use Zoning District from B-1 and R-15 to
R -10 (with High Density) for a proposed use of 80 multifamily rental
apartments (and clubhouse/management office).
The subject property is approximately 6.9 acres and is located near the
intersection of Mateo Dr and Carolina Beach Rd - approximately 1 mile
north of Super Walmart at Monkey Junction (address of 4713 Carolina
Beach Rd), and is identified as PID R07100-003-009-000.
The purpose of the community information meeting is to explain the
proposal and answer questions from meeting attendees.
The meeting will be held in the Library of Codington Elementary School–
4321 Carolina Beach Rd Wilmington NC 28412 and begins at 6:00 PM on
Monday March 7, 2016.
