Engineering Comments:
• Utilities to be coordinated through CFPUA. Utility availability will be tied to the proposed Tarin Woods
subdivision that is adjacent to this tract.
• All appropriate easements will need to be coordinated through Engineering and CFPUA including the 10 foot UE
included in note 12.
• Proposed stormwater controls rely on infiltration. Infiltration rates and separation to the seasonal high ground
water table must be verified during the design phase. Stormwater design constraints including proximity to
wetlands could affect lot layout.
• Any possible wetland impacts must be identified and may need to be mitigated.
• Proximity to Battle Park property could impact this project in the future. Chickamauga Drive?
