Streetyard plantings for the non-residential use in a residential district will be installed along the Holland Drive Frontage. 2. A 20 foot non-vehicular & pedestrian access easement will be dedicated to New Hanover County along Blue Clay Road for a future multi-use path proposed in the County’s long- range plans. 3. Additional access must be provided to the active recreation area located in the center of the proposed subdivision by relocating lot 121 to another portion of the subdivision, and by adding a pedestrian access to the recreation area from the north. The application is tentatively scheduled to be heard by the Board of Commissioners at their regularly scheduled meeting on January 4th.
