The following conditions were placed on the district: 1. Existing vegetation must remain within the bufferyards and be supplemented as necessary to provide the 100% visual opacity requirement. The application is tentatively scheduled to be heard by the Board of Commissioners at their regularly scheduled meeting on May 2nd.
