RE: Z-954 – Conditional Zoning District – Nix Investments 2 LLC, Self-Storage Expansion
Ms. Wolf,
At their April 14, 2016 meeting, the Planning Board voted (7-0) to approve your application to
rezone 0.58 acres of land located 2415 Castle Hayne Road from R-15, Residential District, to (CZD)
B-2, Conditional Highway Business District, in order to develop a mini-warehouse building. The
following conditions were placed on the district:
1. Existing vegetation must remain within the bufferyards and be supplemented as necessary
to provide the 100% visual opacity requirement.
The application is tentatively scheduled to be heard by the Board of Commissioners at their
regularly scheduled meeting on May 2nd.
