County fire services has completed the TRC assessment for COLONIAL RIDGE S/D and have the following comments:
1. Fire hydrant spacing meets the requirements / flows shall meet the 1000 gpm requirement
2. No on-street parking permitted
3. No speed bumps or traffic calming devices permitted
4. Connectivity is satisfied for this project
